    Skiing and chilling in Bansko 🏔️⛷️

    Absolute jol with the staff! They helped with everything. The brekkie buffet was lekker with fresh omelettes and tasty options every morning. Plus, the rooms were comfy.

    WiFi was a bit dodgy, could've done with better connection in the room.

    Situation

    They charge me for a deluxe suite 150€ and they give me an apartment which is half the price I pay. I complain and they did not fo anything. There are a lot better hotels in Bansko for the price.

    We had an awesome trip here and strongly recommend. Came with our partner, everything was great. Fantastic central location close enough to Mosta or gondola upper station, the most recommended restaurants and ski equipment renting stores and ski slope.

    I loved the location of MPM Sport Hotel, just a short walk from the gondola. Super convenient for hitting the slopes. The breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh omelettes made to order and delicious cheeses. The evening dining options were excellent too, especially the hot chocolate sponge dessert, a hit with my family. The staff were eager to help, assisting with ski rentals. The spa area was nice for relaxation after a day on the mountain. The restaurant service could definitely improve. There were times I waited quite a while for drinks during breakfast, and the table clearing felt chaotic at peak times. The room had a few quirks, like a high bath/shower combo that lacked safety handles, posing some risk. I enjoyed my time here, but the dining experience needs more attention.

    Th tv didn't work .the lights didn't work.swimming pool cold .very poor breakfast. We had to pay for the slippers! We paid for the wifi and it didn't work properly

    Recommend it for families looking for a good time

    I really appreciated how the staff opened the buffet early for us since we had an early flight, that was a big help! The rooms are decent and there's a great spa area which feels so nice after a long day on the slopes.

    It wasn't the cheapest option, but honestly, I think it was worth it.

    Close to the ski lifts and good spa services

    Some of the hotel staff could not help us and were a bit rude. The Internet connection was not good, even though paid for the wi-fi.
